OCD Correction

Being that I am pretty much an insensitive jerk (most of the time at least !) I, in a previous post, about and titled OCD, stated that it was basically sin. I was wrong, it is a bona fide condition listed in Wikipedia
and they have the OCD Foundation and is listed by the National Institute Of Mental Health
What I was referring to is individuals who have self-diagnosed themselves with this disorder. Basically what I was getting at is this:People try to create order around themselves so they seem less screwed up. They want to control things around them while they have no control of the garbage that flows out of their mouths. Again I make the reference to The Refrigerator post.
In todays society we are way too preoccupied about external appearances while completely ignoring the part that matters most ... the "Heart". The sad part of this is that Christians are just as screwed up as their non-Christian counterpart. Non-Christians don't need an excuse, ... they are lost but, those who claim to be Christians are supposed to be different ... aren't we ? ...
