A Bit Better

I didn't sleep well last night but, I sure feel a bit better than yesterday. My BP was almost normal at around 4am. After I took the last of the pain meds the bp went up considerably. I am glad that the pain and the meds are done. I am waiting for the call to go back to cardiac rehab. There's a treadmill in the basement. Hopefully it works so I can just walk here and then maybe Zumba down the road.
My voice was trashed but, praise and worship went well this morning.
