Two Weeks ...

... Since I had the stent put in my left anterior descending artery. The pain is all but gone. I have quite a bit of bruising left though. I am amazed by the technology and God's grace. I don't seem to blog as much as I used to. It started as a measuring stick for growth. It slowly turned into a whining platform. I have been trying not to whine as much.
I had a pretty big let-down yesterday. My cousin Peter gave me an antique soda machine and said do what you want with it ... sell it or donate it to TC. I put it in the men's center, got a new changer and put soda in it. Being that it's an antique it had bugs to work out before it went into operation full-time. I was told yesterday that the guys were buying and stealing sodas. We will move it into the ADP today. I always want to hope the best for the students I serve. I am generally let down by a few that are willing to screw it up for all. Being in social service sometimes has it's drawbacks.
Last night we got the rack set-up for the new band. We still have a few wiring details to take care of. Everything works the way we want. The only exception is that Peter is going to have to get a 24 channel snake instead of the 16 he just bought. We are using 4 PRX bottoms and 2 double-stack PRX full-range with horns. It thumps !
I start cardiac rehab on the 22nd. I need to make it to the YMCA to find out if I can get a scholarship. I must start a regular exercise routine. I must get back to my studies as well.
