Clipping

I went to my second session of cardiac rehab this morning. I did the treadmill for twenty minutes and then ten minutes on the bike. Apparently I am sorely out of shape. My heart rate went through the roof. Linda asked me if I was ok. I was. After cooling down my heart rate and blood pressure went back to normal. I barely broke a sweat. I will start riding my bike on a regular basis like I did in MO. I am down to 166 pounds ... four more to get to my target weight. I made some poor choices at work and may suffer some consequences. Life goes on. God has forgiven me so I will move forward. Condemnation is not of God ... so I will reject it. Life is a series of choices ... some good ... some bad. One thing I DO know is that NOTHING will separate me from the love of my savior. Nothing I do is a surprise to God so whatever happens must be a part of His plan. God loves us enough to make our own choices ... be they right or wrong. Which makes me wonder about this predestination thing. Ahh ... who knows ?
I will go on my second photo shoot this weekend. I will actually get to take some pictures. I will get to use my "training" camera ... a mere $2500.00. That's more than I make in 2 months. That's his cheap camera ! His main rig is close to $4000.00.
I will get an opportunity to play the acoustic guitar for a couple songs with the band. I will play on a Marshall Tucker song Can't You See and a Neil Young song. I am excited. While things seem to be falling apart at the office, my life in general seems to be getting better.
