A Good Week !

This turned out to be a very productive week. The weekly, monthly and YTD totals are up compared to last year. I am glad because all I hear is "In 2006 we did ...." I am happy for the increase. I realize that God Himself provides for the increase. Granted we need the ADP to produce but, we can only plant the seed. It rains on the just and the unjust alike. God is assembling a team that is a winner in my eyes. If you would have told me a year ago that a spreadsheet would be my friend ... I'd have told you you were nuts ! I am getting the hang of Excel and Access. I have alot to learn but, as Phil 4:13 says "I can do everything through Him who gives me strength." What I can't figure out will be taught by a wonderful assistant. I have 2 wonderful assistants. Without them I would have sunk. I am equally grateful for my boss ... Alvin. He has the "right stuff."
I talked to a friend from the singles group at FCC tonight. He's a great guy. He told me some good news about a certain situation I cannot share at the moment. I am really happy for him and will continue to remember the situation in prayer.
