Last Sunday Of 2007

Ahhhh ... it was refreshing to be in the house of the Lord this morning. Between my schedule and the inclement weather, it seems like it's been a while since I've been there. Pastor preached a good message. Let's keep the past where it belongs. 2008 promises to be a better year. I look forward to building relationships with the friends in the FCC singles group. The blasted car is down ... again. Let's hope it's not gonna be too expensive.
It's time too refocus and put all my energies into seeking Him. I also need to start my classes and 'git 'er done. I don't wanna rush and miss out on what I'm supposed to learn either. Jan and Mindy both tell me that God is going to do great things with me. I don't want to be in any spotlight ... I want all honor to go to Him. I do, however, want to be in the absolute center of His plan for my life. Not knowing exactly what that particular plan is sometimes irks me. I guess that's why they call it a faith walk.
Ma is sick and Mema ain't getting any younger. I fear for their salvation. Acts 16:31 loosely states "believe on the Lord and you'll be saved ... AND your family." I have to cling to that promise. My entire family is unsaved except for my sister and my step mother.
