... Is an acronym for In Case of Emergency. It is now common practice for EMT's to look for ICE in your contacts on your cellular phone. I found out about it last week but didn't do it until now. I had a rough cardiac rehab this morning. My blood pressure and heart rate were elevated. I kept checking my pulse throughout the day and it stayed elevated all day. I have been uncomfortable all day. I guess I'll find out something in the morning.
