Amazing Grace

It has been an interesting week to say the least. I told Ma on sunday at the greek picnic that I needed to see a doctor about my chest pains. I asked her if Dr Riches was accepting patients. She didn't know and just gave me one of his cards. I called and got an appointment for tuesday. Dr Riches scheduled a stress test for the nest day. I took the stress test at West Allis Memorial Hospital at 6:45am. I was having chest pains on the way to the test. They stopped until I was in the last minute or so of the stress test. After the test I went back to work. I made a trip to the DMV to get some titles and then returned to work. Shortly after I returned my phone rang with an unknown caller id. It was Dr Riches. He told me that the test gave some abnormal signs and that I needed to stop what I was doing and go IMMEDIATELY to the Wisconsin Heart Hospital. Today (thursday) I had a stent put into my left anterior descending artery. There was a 90% blockage. I will have to change the way I eat and start getting regular exercise.
